The 10th Anniversary of the ICN – a Look Back and Ahead
This paper traces the origins, the development and the work of the International Competition Network (ICN) over the first ten years of its existence. An informal worldwide network of competition authorities, the ICN has had a significant impact on the international debate of competition law enforcement and competition policy. It has established itself as an important international forum, complementing the work of established international organizations such as the OECD and UNCTAD.
