Consistent application of EU and domestic competition law:
the UK experience
This article considers the rules concerning consistency between EU and domestic competition law, having particular regard to the UK experience. It considers first the requirement of consistency imposed by Regulation 1/2003 from the EU perspective, and then the requirement of consistency imposed by the UK's Competition Act 1998.
